We're looking for a Product Designer with 3+ years of experience to shape how developers plan, run, and debug tests with AI.

As a Product Designer, you'll own end-to-end experiences across TestSprite's Web Portal, MCP Plugin, and CLI, from the first test a developer generates to the moment they debug a failure. Our product is built on complex, data-heavy workflows: test plans, execution runs, logs, results, and failure analysis at scale. You'll turn that complexity into experiences that feel clear, fast, and trustworthy. You'll work closely with the design lead, engineering, and product, and your work will ship quickly and often.

• Own feature areas end to end, from problem framing to design, shipping, and iteration, working closely with product, engineering, and AI teams.
• Understand the technical architecture of our agent and testing infrastructure, and turn complex, data-heavy workflows into clear, usable experiences.
• Design cohesive experiences across our Web Portal, MCP Plugin, and CLI.
• Own and evolve TestSprite's design system, improving quality and consistency across the product.
• Craft polished, trustworthy interfaces that showcase the power of our AI technology.
• Find creative ways to ship high-quality work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous startup environment.

• 3+ years of experience designing and shipping complex workflows in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or data-heavy products.
• Proven end-to-end ownership, from defining the problem to shipping and refining the solution, in ambiguous environments.
• Experience building or evolving a design system.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking and polished UI craft.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without authority.

• Use AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor as a creative partner in your design process.
• Have designed for testing, CI/CD, observability, IDE, or CLI environments.
• Have designed AI-powered or agent-based products.
• Have experience with data visualization.
